Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay

The Four Seasons Resort is located in Jimbaran Bay in the island of Bali. It’s 15 minutes from Denpasar’s Ngurah Rai International Airport, and it’s located on the southern coast of the island. The beach area around the hotel is lined with palm trees. The are is relatively quiet. The villas in the hotel come with 200 square meters of both indoor and outdoor space with a tropical garden. The villas come with stone walls and thatched roofs that are made in the traditional Balinese style. The bathroom is truly special as it comes with a large soaking tub big enough for two, a separate rain shower, and another outdoors garden shower. There are two swimming pools in the hotel. The first is located next to the restaurant Taman Wantilan, and it’s an infinity pool 32 meters in length. The second is located on a pool terrace cafe, and comes with complimentary drinks, ice cream, sunscreen, etc. The beach hotel also has its own private beach land called Coconut Grove Beach, and in it you can relax on the loungers, or on the beds in the gazebos, or you can play activities such as table tennis. If you’d like to engage in water activities, you can borrow paddle boards, snorkeling equipment, etc, from the hotel. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, along with 1 lounge, and an in-villa dining option. The staff in the hotel need a shout out as they are always at hand to tend to all your needs.

The Legian Bali Hotel

The Legian Bali Hotel is a luxury beach hotel located on Seminyak Beach in central Bali. If you’re looking for a private beach you won’t find that here because Seminyak beach is always quite crowded. However, the beach itself is quite stunning and boasts a grand view. There are plenty of loungers where you can lay down and relax. You can even simply relax in the Legian hotel garden and look out at the sea. The beach is literally a few steps away and as such you can go for a dip any time you like. You can also dip into one of the three swimming pools in the hotel, all of which are temperature regulated. You can also ask for your meals and tea to be served to you by the pool. As for the rooms and suites, they’re all quite beautifully designed and they come with private balconies with seating areas from which you can enjoy a view of the sea. You’ll also find a fruit basket and canapés waiting for you when you check into the room. The bathroom is truly luxurious. It’s at least 30 square meters in space, boasts two different winks, a large soaking tub, and a separate walk-in rain shower. They offer a great buffet breakfast and beside that you can order anything off the menu that you choose. However, it’s a little surprising that a luxury hotel of such a stature only comes with a single restaurant.

Ungasan Clifftop Resort

Ungasan Clifftop Resort is located over a Bukit peninsula cliff, it looks out over the Indian Ocean, and comprises several stylish villas with private pools. There are plenty of amenities available in this resort to keep people busy, such as a tennis court, playground, and a fitness center. If you’re just looking for somewhere to relax, you can also go to the spa. Selatan, the hotel restaurant in the hotel offers great Indonesian cuisine along with a separate kid-friendly menu. It features woven reed chairs that extend out into the poolside terrace area. The hotel is located on top of a cliff, and as such the only way to go down to the beach is through cable cars. The private beach at the base of the hill comes with its own restaurant and club area called the Sundays Beach Club. You can borrow non-motor water sports gear from them such as snorkeling equipment, paddle boards, and kayaks. The water is really still and crystal blue, and you can go deep into it. After enjoying an entire day at the Sundays Beach Club, you can also join in the bonfire which is arranged every evening. If you check into one of the Ocean view Villas, the edge of your infinity pool would meet the sea. If you’re traveling with a large group, you should go for the Villa Tamarama which looks completely white and classy, and comes with its own plunge pool, private bar, and an open air wedding pavilion.

Amarterra Villas are located on the southern end of Bali, in a place called Nusa Dua. The villas in this collection are all in a gated community and they feature several restaurants.
